We're in business

Yay! Finally got a digicam in preparation for the trip in T - 11 days! Yesterday, Antonia hosted a fondue party at Aki's. We stuffed ourselves silly w/cheese fondue and broccoli, cauliflower, yellow peppers, asparagus, baby carrots, kielbasa, and 3 kinds of bread. For dessert, it was bittersweet chocolate with biscotti, marshmallows, sliced bananas, pineapple, strawberries, angel food cake, and pretzels. It was everything a girl could ask for. YUM-O!!!

I whipped up a salad for dinner tonight using mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, and red peppers tossed in the yummy dressing that moiji got me in Japan for Christmas. I fried up a piece of salmon and toasted the leftover bread cubes to make croutons. Ahhh ... so satisfied. Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!
